Item must be unused with all original packaging for the return to process. Once reviewed, a refund will be initiated. If item does not meet our requirements of inspection you will either not receive a refund, receive store credit, or receive a partial refund

Shipment processing time on all non pre-orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Pre-ordered items will arrive within 1-2 weeks. Items may be consigned from around the country or a store shipment then shipped out to you to keep prices down. Also some pre-ordered items are highly exclusive or haven't released yet. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
